Job Description About the Role Due to continued growth, Securitas has an exciting opportunity for a Casual ASOC Operator to join our team, supporting a high-profile, secure corporate technology environment based in Erskine Park, NSW. This role operates on a rotating roster with 12-hour rotating shifts, providing continuous coverage in a critical operations environment. Location: Erskine Park, NSW Employment Type: Casual Roster: 12 hour shifts 6AM to 6PM with both day / night shift options Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor ASOC systems in line with site SOPs and client requirements. Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, access control, and integrated security platforms. Identify, assess, escalate, and document security incidents accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate responses with on-site teams and stakeholders as required. Maintain the safety and security of people, property, and sensitive information at all times. Deliver professional and consistent communication across all ASOC channels. Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate Securitas’ core values in all interaction Minimum Requirements Desired Skills and Experience Current and valid NSW Security Licence. NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory). Strong alignment with Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in a 24/7 operational environment. Strong attention to detail and incident reporting capability. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to rotating day and night shifts. Previous experience in an ASOC, SOC, or security control room environment is highly regarded. Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, and access control systems is desirable.
