About the Position: About Smiles Circular Quay is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our cosmetic-focused practice on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract, Monday to Friday. As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team, streamlining workflows, and maintaining a high standard of service across all areas of the practice. Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Handle phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries, providing clear information about treatments and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
