We’re partnering with a highly successful, well-established and one of the wealthiest privately owned Australian businesses to recruit a Client Services Executive for a unique and customer-facing opportunity within a premium environment. This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting them with enquiries, account administration and day-to-day service needs, while helping maintain the high standards expected in a trusted and professional setting. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive a responsive, polished and professional experience across every interaction. This is a hands-on position combining customer service, administration, relationship management and operational support. Key responsibilities include: Managing inbound phone calls, emails and client enquiries Assisting clients in person, over the phone and via email Setting up new client accounts and processing payments Managing renewals, records and ongoing account administration Supporting client enquiries relating to purchases, sales and holdings Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation Conducting client tours and presenting services to prospective customers Completing outbound calls to potential and existing clients Assisting with overdue account follow-up where required Managing insurance records and issuing certificates Coordinating office and site maintenance requirements Liaising with internal teams including Finance, IT and Marketing, as well as external suppliers Completing compliance and identification checks in line with internal processes We're looking for a proactive and service-driven professional who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of your work and thrives in a role that balances customer interaction with administration.
