Initial contract until end of July 2026 with a possible extension Hourly Pay rate of $35.80 / hr super Working 7 hours per day and 5 days per week Hybrid work arrangement after the role familiarisation (WFH Petersham) Purpose of the role: This role provides comprehensive administrative and governance support for learner-based processes to enable effective delivery across multiple programs of work. The role is pivotal in maintaining accurate learner records in accordance with the function’s obligations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). A key responsibility is to manage Rail Safety Worker (RSW) competency cards, ensuring regulatory compliance by verifying learner data within approved learning and competency management systems prior to card issuance. Key Accountabilities: Maintain multiple learning systems ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. Maintain subject matter expertise in learning qualifications and Rail Safety Worker authorisations, including the application of relevant policy and regulatory requirements. Provide accurate, up-to-date advice and information to learners. Ensure all learner records are accurately updated and maintained in line with RTO obligations and compliance standards. Escalate and redirect learning records compliance issues as required. Respond to and resolve complex request for learning records and ensure the provision of accurate information. Deliver consistently high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels, adapting to fluctuating workloads and diverse customer needs. Verify learner competency data prior to issuing RSW cards, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and operational integrity. Collect, analyse, process, and prepare distribution reports that enable the RTO to process funding according to the Agency policies. Essential requirements: Working knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs (Outcome Standards, Compliance Standards and Fit and Proper Person Requirements) and practical application within the team. Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory requirements of record-keeping within a Public Service environment. Working knowledge of State funding contracts (Smart Skilled).
