Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, including taking minutes. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Support the MD with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment. The Successful Applicant A successful EA to MD should have: 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role, ideally within the retail industry. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure. Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
