Description As a People Partner at LSKD , you will act as a strategic advisor and employee champion, aligning people initiatives with business goals to drive performance and culture. The Mission Based at our HQ in Loganholme, QLD, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to support coaching, talent planning, and change management, while championing team member experience, engagement, and inclusion. In our fast-paced retail environment, you will play a key role in developing frontline leaders, fostering our values-driven culture, and ensuring people decisions are data-informed and people-first. About you Proven experience in a People Partner, HRBP or similar role Strong employee relations and performance management capability Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people and business outcomes Experience supporting organisational change and business growth Strong understanding of Fair Work, employment legislation and HR best practice Confident using people insights and data to inform decisions Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong relationship builder with a people-first approach Embodies Hungry, Humble, Smart and leads with impact
