An opportunity has become available for an FP&A Analyst to join a large, well-established agribusiness operating across Australia with a strong presence in the protein and food production sector. Working within a high-performing FP&A team, you will partner closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business analysis that directly supports strategic decision-making. About the Role Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support a broad range of commercial finance activities including: Assisting with annual budgeting and weekly forecasting processes Exposure to strategic projects including market analysis, business improvement initiatives and potential M&A activity across the broader group Contributing to commercial and operational reporting across the business Assisting with the preparation of executive and board-level reporting Supporting the delivery and ongoing improvement of BI dashboards and KPI reporting Learning and maintaining robust reporting and financial modelling tools Working closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, livestock, processing and commercial teams About You 1–3 years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills A degree in Accounting, Finance, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field An interest in agriculture, food production, or the broader agribusiness sector Exposure to financial modelling, forecasting, or management reporting Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams and personalities Please note this role is primarily office-based to support collaboration and development within the team, with flexibility available when needed.
