The IAM Analyst is responsible for enhancing the end-to-end User access experience across identity and access management (IAM) services. The role focuses on improving how users requests, obtain, and manage access to systems, ensuring processes are seamless, secure and aligned with organizational policies. The role focuses on improving how users requests, obtain, and manage access to systems, ensuring processes are seamless, secure and aligned with organizational policies. - Strong collaborative mindset - works effectively with cross functional teams, open to feedback, and actively contributes to team discussions - Optimise access request, approvals, and provisioning workflows to improve efficiency and user experience. - Partner with business units and application owners to define and maintain access control models and user profiles. - Perform privileged access reviews, user access validation, and broader identity-related security activities - Maintain and improve operational procedures, documentation, reporting, and security metrics - IAM System Administration: Configure and support tools such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Azure AD. - Incident Investigation: Monitor for anomalous behavior, investigate unauthorized access, and resolve access-related tickets. - Assist with audits, risk assessments, compliance activities, and security uplift initiatives 3 years of experience in User Access Management, with strong knowledge of identity and access control principles and practices Strong understanding of identity, privileged access, access reviews, or related security controls Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, network, endpoint, or vulnerability-related security work Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation. Technical Skills: Knowledge of IAM systems (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk), directory services (Active Directory/Azure AD), and SSO technologies. Practical experience in identity and access management technologies including OAUTH, SAML, OpenID, Kerberos, LDAP, etc. Expertise in Entra ID (Single-Sign On, Conditional access and MFA, Privileged Identity Management) Proven ability to proactively identify security vulnerabilities within Microsoft Identity workloads, including conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing and implementing effective remediation strategies, and maintaining ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks Able to speak confidently about what you have personally built, improved, configured, or strengthened
