We are seeking an Implementation Success Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients successfully adopt the platform, achieve operational improvements, and realise long-term value from the system. You will partner closely with project teams, builders, and senior stakeholders to lead implementations, drive user engagement, and support clients through every stage of onboarding, rollout, and ongoing success. As a trusted advisor, you will combine technical platform knowledge with a strong understanding of construction workflows to help clients transition from fragmented systems to a streamlined, connected way of working. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end client implementations, from discovery and configuration through to rollout, adoption, and go-live success. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner throughout the implementation journey. Configure client environments including templates, document structures, workflows, cost codes, and scheduling/program frameworks. Deliver engaging training sessions and onboarding programs for project teams, site staff, and executive stakeholders, both online and onsite. Guide clients on best-practice use of modules including finance, accounts payable, scheduling, site management, safety, and quality. Partner with clients to understand existing business processes and align them with the platform’s integrated workflows and capabilities. Proactively monitor client adoption, identify opportunities to improve engagement, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes from the platform. Drive change management initiatives, helping clients transition from multiple legacy systems to a unified construction management platform. Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Client Success teams to share customer feedback, implementation insights, and enhancement opportunities. Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring a high-quality client experience and timely resolution of issues or risks. Requirements Experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, customer success, or account/project management roles (construction industry experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of construction workflows including cost control, scheduling, document management, safety, and quality processes. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn, configure, and train others on new software platforms. A customer-first mindset with a passion for driving successful outcomes and long-term client relationships. Willingness to travel to client sites for onsite implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
