We are partnering with a leading ASX-listed organisation to appoint an experienced Source to Pay (S2P) Change Manager to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program, driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across procurement and supply chain functions. Location: North Sydney Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH Day Rate: Up to $1200 incl. super Contract Duration: 12 months with strong likelihood of extension The Opportunity As the S2P Change Manager, you will lead the development and execution of change strategies that support the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the business. Working closely with program leadership, SMEs, and business stakeholders, you will drive engagement, readiness, and behavioural change within a complex enterprise transformation environment. This role is ideally suited to a seasoned Change Manager with experience across ERP, procurement, or Source to Pay transformation programs, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently navigate organisational complexity and stakeholder management. Experience within procurement, supply chain, or S2P programs will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver end-to-end change management strategies and plans Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and change readiness activities Conduct change impact assessments and support current-to-future state transition planning Develop stakeholder analysis, personas, and engagement approaches Identify and manage resistance, supporting leaders and teams through change Support training, user adoption, go-live activities, and business readiness Facilitate workshops, business forums, and change champion networks Create user-centric change collateral including user stories and future-state scenarios Collaborate across program streams to manage dependencies and embed sustainable change outcomes About You 10 years’ experience delivering change across large-scale ERP, procurement, or S2P transformation programs Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and purchase order processes Experience working on an SAP S/4HANA transformation program is a plus Proven experience delivering change impact assessments, communications, and engagement strategies Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technology teams Experience facilitating workshops and driving business engagement initiatives Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving, and evolving environments Why Apply?
