About the role We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale cyber security transformation program within a complex enterprise environment. This role is suited to a senior delivery professional who combines strong program management capability with proven experience delivering enterprise cyber security, technology transformation, governance and risk initiatives across large and operationally complex organisations. You will be responsible for driving the successful end-to-end delivery of a strategic cyber security transformation program, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, governance, risks, issues, dependencies and executive stakeholder engagement. The role will play a key part in supporting broader enterprise resilience, security uplift and transformation outcomes. This position requires someone who can operate confidently across both business and technical environments, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, delivery partners and vendors to ensure successful program execution and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide cyber security transformation program Manage program scope, schedule, budget, governance, reporting and benefits realisation Drive program governance, steering committees and executive-level reporting Manage RAID registers, dependencies, delivery risks and mitigation strategies Coordinate internal delivery teams, vendors and external partners Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and balance delivery outcomes Ensure delivery standards, methodologies and quality controls are consistently maintained Support enterprise risk reduction, resilience and security uplift initiatives Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners Drive continuous improvement across program delivery practices and operational effectiveness To be successful, you will have Proven experience as a Program Manager leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cyber security transformation programs Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise cyber security, technology transformation or security uplift initiatives within complex environments Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks, governance, controls and risk management practices Experience managing large budgets, schedules, reporting, procurement and vendor engagement Strong stakeholder management, communication and executive engagement skills Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams across business and technology functions Strong governance capability across financial management, reporting, benefits tracking and delivery assurance Ability to engage confidently with technical SMEs, architects, engineers and senior business stakeholders Experience working within large enterprise, managed services, digital services or technology-driven organisations Experience working with structured delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Hybrid delivery models Qualifications and certifications Program or project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or SAFe will be highly regarded. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or ISO 27001 will also be advantageous.
