About the Role: As the Senior Manager – Accounting, you will provide oversight and liase between the Group Accounting and Fund Accounting functions, ensuring consistent standards, high-quality outputs, and strong controls across the accounting platform. You will be responsible for the execution of the financial control strategy, system controls and governance across Omni Bridgeway. Key Responsibilities: The role requires you to undertake a broad range of duties, including: Functional Leadership Lead and coordinate Finance teams, building technical capability and a high-accountability culture Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain consistent accounting policies and methodologies across the Group Support ASX reporting deliverables, including results announcements and market releases Deliver board reporting with clear financial narratives and performance analysis Quality & Controls Set and monitor accounting KPIs, NAV quality standards and close timeliness Drive statutory reporting outputs and ensure compliance with governance requirements Provide input to the Global Financial Controller on financial control strategy Operating Model & Systems Execute and continuously improve the accounting operating model and workflows Act as a key system owner for Workday Financials, overseeing configuration, data integrity and ongoing optimisation Ensure the accounting platform scales effectively as funds and entities grow Serve as day-to-day lead for external audit and support Audit Committee preparation What We’re Looking For: We're looking for a technically strong accounting leader who brings both rigour and commercial acumen — someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and takes genuine ownership of financial control and team performance. You'll also bring: CA/CPA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience in a senior accounting role Deep technical accounting knowledge across ASX reporting and statutory financial statements Proven experience in fund accounting, group consolidations and financial close Hands-on Workday Financials experience, including system administration or optimisation A track record of coaching or managing other team members Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders A continuous improvement mindset with experience in automation and process efficiency Comfortable navigating a complex, multi-entity, global business Experience supporting external audit and governance committee preparation is highly regarded Why Join Omni Bridgeway?
