THE ROLE Our People and Culture team are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join the wider Shared Services function. This important role will provide a range of HR related administrative activities to support our dedicated workforce, including end to end recruitment, on boarding & off boarding as well as contributing to key P&C projects. This is a part time position working 0.8FTE (30 hours per week) across Monday to Friday. A full position description can be found HERE ABOUT YOU To succeed in this exciting and busy role you will need a high level of initiative and attention to detail, as well as: Strong administrative skills, with demonstrated HR related experience Experience of coordinating end to end recruitment and induction activities Knowledge and understanding of legislation such as the National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act 2009 and Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements Qualifications in Human Resources or related, and/or experience commensurate with the position A current drivers licence, and be eligible for, or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
