Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a GIS-focused data migration program on a part-time contract basis. This role will oversee delivery across multiple vendors and stakeholders, with a strong focus on change management, governance, and successful transition within a complex GIS and FME environment. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of a GIS data migration project from mid-June to 17 December 2026. Coordinate multiple vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery outcomes. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and reporting. Support change management activities to enable smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Work across GIS, FME, and related data migration streams to drive implementation outcomes. Facilitate governance forums, decision-making, and issue resolution. Required Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technology or data migration projects. Strong background in GIS environments and FME-based data workflows. Demonstrated experience in GIS data migration programs. Strong change management capability. Experience coordinating multiple vendors, including platform and implementation partners.
