D&C HVAC Estimator Adelaide, SA SSA Group is proud to be partnering with a leading national mechanical services contractor to recruit a Design & Construct (D&C) Estimator for their Adelaide office. With a strong national footprint and a track record delivering some of Australia’s most complex commercial, healthcare and high-rise projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing and well-supported team. The Role Technical and commercial review of tender documentation Prepare detailed take-offs (ductwork, pipework & equipment) Develop cost plans, schedules and pricing submissions Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Prepare and submit tenders and supporting documentation Liaise with clients through to contract award Handover successful projects to delivery teams Provide ongoing support with variations and project changes Projects range from $3k to $30M across high-rise residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial and fit-out sectors.
