Your new role: In this role, you will: Process payroll for a small volume workforce across multiple regions Manage payroll tax obligations, including monthly PAYG submissions. Handle various pay components such as superannuation, allowances, and incentives. Maintain payroll records and generate monthly headcount reports. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff. Administer leave tracking and employee self-service portals. Coordinate performance reviews and salary adjustments. Assist with recruitment activities including job postings and candidate screening. Prepare HR documentation including contracts and policy updates. Liaise with payroll system providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Respond to audit queries related to payroll and HR compliance What youll need to succeed: Demonstrated experience with processing a full function payroll and HR admin dutiesFamiliarity with payroll softwareStrong understanding of Australian employment legislationHigh level accuracy and attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to build rapport across teams.Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
