Responding to payroll, leave, policy and benefits queries with professionalism and care. Maintaining accurate employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirement. Contributing to continuous improvement across payroll processes and systems. This role will suit someone who is detail‑driven, organised, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple time zones within a dynamic, international setting. About You: Proven experience managing full‑function payroll end‑to‑end Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation and employment legislation Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with global teams.
