We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cartage Coordinator (FCL, LCL and air freight) to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the freight forwarding industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts. Key Responsibilities Prepare cartage documentation Monitor customs releases via ICS Communicate directly with customers and transport companies Liaise with customs brokers on clearance requirements Coordinate with customer service regarding delivery needs Arrange and schedule truck deliveries Organise IFIP/Quarantine inspections and unpack bookings Send time slot requests to transport providers About You 2 years’ experience within the Australian freight forwarding industry Proven experience as a Cartage Coordinator with FCL, LCL and air freight Experience with CargoWise / EDI Enterprise essential Use of ICS an advantage Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and reliability High attention to detail If you’re looking to build your career in a dynamic and supportive company that values growth and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
