You’ll work across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and time management platforms , shaping how HR technology supports long-term workforce strategy. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology , requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on architectural leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HR/Payroll landscapes Design end-to-end HCM solutions covering core HR, employee lifecycle, payroll and time management Provide architectural leadership across full delivery lifecycle (discovery → deployment) Define integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems (APIs, middleware, cloud platforms) Develop process and data flows across HR master data, position management, time and payroll Facilitate architecture and design workshops with senior stakeholders Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance frameworks and SAP clean core principles Guide functional and technical teams on design, configuration and integration patterns Produce high-quality architecture documentation and solution artefacts What You Bring 7 years delivering SAP HR / Payroll solutions in complex enterprise environments Proven Solution Architecture experience across SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Experience working on large-scale HR transformation or workforce management programs Strong knowledge of: SuccessFactors Employee Central HR system integrations Payroll configuration and time valuation Experience with Time & Attendance platforms (UKG/Kronos, SAP Time Tracking or similar) Solid understanding of HR master data models and workforce processes Strong stakeholder engagement skills across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT Why Apply?
