About You Proven experience in senior operations (Project Manager/Operations Manager/Construction Manger) or ideally in a General Manager position in the groundworks/piling/excavation/shoring sector. Confident managing project managers, superintendents, and support staff. Strong commercial and financial skills – A strong understanding of P&L's and project financial management is essential. Practical knowledge of site operations, plant and equipment, blue collar crews, and project workflows. Calm, decisive, and accountable; able to handle challenges and manage strong personalities. About the Role Oversee all operational, project, and commercial activity across the business. Ensure projects are planned, resourced, and delivered safely, on time, and to standard. Lead and support key staff, clarify responsibilities, and maintain consistent systems and reporting. Monitor safety, quality, and risk at a management level.
