Senior Project Officer - PV Cleared | Support High-Profile Secure Programs We are seeking experienced Senior Project Officers to support the delivery of complex projects within a secure, high-performing environment. These roles are suited to organised and proactive professionals who can provide strong project coordination, planning support, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and governance assistance across project, program, or portfolio office functions. Essential Tasks: Provide operational and administrative support to project management activities across project, program, or portfolio office functions Lead the development and maintenance of project planning, tracking, and reporting processes in line with agreed procedures Prepare briefs, correspondence, reports, and finance-related documentation for governance and committee consideration Engage with stakeholders to support project coordination, quality processes, and delivery requirements Key Criteria: Experience supporting project delivery, planning, reporting, and coordination in structured environments Ability to develop and maintain project measures, reporting formats, and documentation standards Knowledge of project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar Strong skills in quality management, stakeholder engagement, and risk-aware project support Location: Onsite - Canberra. Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options. Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
