Community Housing Limited is seeking a Governance and Reporting Coordinator to support significant development and delivery of large-scale community housing projects across multiple jurisdictions, aligned and delivered in support of CHL’s Vision to create a world without housing poverty. What you’ll do This role has been established to support growth by enabling the effective operation of Homes governance forums, maintaining clear and reliable decision and approval records, and providing decision‑ready reporting and data insights to senior leaders. This will include: Coordinating and supporting Homes governance forums including proactive and high quality management of agenda, meeting packs, minute taking and action registers Maintaining core registers ensuring approvals and governance are able to be tracked and are consistent with frameworks, approval pathways and reporting standards Managing data, reporting and dashboards ensuring quality and consistency Contributing to the design and refinement of tools and platforms ensuring solutions are practical, usable and decision focussed What You’ll Bring Relevant experience supporting governance forums, approval pathways or executive decision‑making processes, including coordination of agendas, papers, minutes, actions and follow‑up across multiple stakeholders. Experience maintaining governance registers and trackers , including approvals, decisions, conditions and action logs, with a high level of accuracy, traceability and attention to detail. Strong data and reporting capability , including experience working with datasets, spreadsheets and reporting tools to produce clear, structured and decision‑ready dashboards and reports for senior leaders. Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills , including the ability to prepare clear governance documentation, take accurate and action‑focused meeting minutes, and confidently follow up stakeholders to close actions and deadlines. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills , with the ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and operate effectively within a fast‑paced, evolving environment. A collaborative and relational approach , with the confidence to work closely with senior leaders, program leads, project teams and corporate functions to support consistent governance and reporting outcomes. Relevant qualifications in business, governance, data, finance, project management, property, public administration or a related discipline are desirable.
