The Opportunity This is a varied and people-focused role working closely with the leadership team across reception, administration, bookkeeping support and office coordination duties. You’ll become the go-to person within the office, helping create a positive and organised environment while supporting the team across the day-to-day operations of the business. The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, naturally builds strong relationships with people and takes pride in creating a great office environment. There is also the opportunity to become involved in sustainability initiatives within the practice for someone with an interest in that space. Key Responsibilities Front-of-house reception and office administration Answering incoming calls and customer liaison Maintaining debtor and creditor systems Assisting with payroll and personnel records Managing administration and production records Filing, correspondence and general office coordination Supporting internal office systems and procedures Assisting with sustainability initiatives where applicable Helping ensure the office operates efficiently day-to-day About You Previous experience within administration, office coordination or reception Warm, personable and confident communicator Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to build relationships across all levels of a business Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership Competency across Microsoft Office Bookkeeping or payroll exposure highly regarded Experience within architecture, design, construction or professional services environments advantageous but not essential Why Apply?
