We are currently seeking a hands-on Sales Administrator to join a busy and high-performing real estate office based. Supporting a team of agents, this role is ideal for someone experienced in real estate who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. About the Role This is a dual-function position combining front desk responsibilities with sales administration support. You will be the go-to person in the office, working closely with agents, the sales manager and contract department to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Support sales agents with day-to-day administration, contracts and listing processes Assist with marketing, listings and general coordination across the sales team Manage property listings across online platforms (REA, Domain etc.) Coordinate marketing campaigns, open homes and client communications Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and internal teams Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance requirements are met Liaise with the contract department and sales manager to ensure seamless transactions Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment About You Previous experience in real estate administration is essential Confident working in a fast-paced office supporting multiple agents Highly organised with strong attention to detail Positive, team-focused attitude with a nurturing and supportive approach Professional communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable being hands-on and taking initiative The Team & Culture Support a large, established team of agents Strong culture focused on positivity, support and collaboration Purely sales-focused environment Backed by a dedicated contracts team and experienced leadership What’s on Offer Salary - up to $85,000 Super (depending on experience) Stable, full-time position in a well-regarded local office Work with a high-energy, supportive and driven team Stable, full-time position with long-term potential Parking onsite If you are an experienced real estate administrator looking for a hands-on role within a great team culture, we would love to hear from you.
