You will play a key role in ensuring consistency, accuracy and efficiency across the project. About the role: 12-month maximum-term contrac t with the view to extension, offering a great opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale project where every detail counts. Start Date: Intakes commencing 19th May 2026 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:00am – 3:00pm) Salary: $53,508 - $55,282 superannuation Key responsibilities: Preparing mixed document sizes for uniform feeding through scanners Unfolding folded documents, removing staples, paperclips, dog ears, envelopes, etc. Data capture of a range of client information both alpha and numeric. Accurately enter and update data into internal systems. Operate scanning equipment Completing all paperwork, batch headers, scanning logs Ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents Consistently deliver high quality work through awareness and adherence to procedures and work instructions About you: You must be eligible to legally work in Australia You will be over 18 years of age Access to reliable and safe transportation. Experience in a manual processing or data entry environment Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
