We are seeking a full-time Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of fundraising and marketing projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns and operational initiatives are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and administering project activities for regional and interstate fundraising campaigns, ensuring timelines, resources, and operational requirements are effectively managed Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, staff rosters, and resource allocation plans to support efficient campaign delivery across multiple locations Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Xplore, World Vision Australia representatives, and site operators, to coordinate project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication Monitoring project performance through the preparation and analysis of regular reports, including sales outcomes, cancellations, and key performance indicators, to support management decision-making Assisting in the planning and implementation of project procedures, operational systems, and compliance requirements, including safeguarding standards Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities for project staff, including scheduling interviews, organising training sessions, and maintaining accurate personnel records Reviewing and reconciling project-related data, including payroll and sales information, identifying discrepancies and facilitating timely resolution with relevant stakeholders Supporting project planning and delivery by participating in coordination meetings and contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes Managing day-to-day project administration tasks and responding to operational issues to ensure the smooth execution of ongoing campaigns What We're Looking For: Relevant qualification in business administration, project management, marketing, or related field At least 1 year of relevant work experience in project administration, operations, or coordination Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary: Competitive salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum superannuation How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career.
