Requirements Within the context of the accountabilities described in About the Role, the most suitable applicant will demonstrate their applied knowledge, skills and experiences against these essential role requirements of the individual contributor leadership stream: Ability to understand and apply Queensland Government Information Management legislation and Information Standards, policy and procedure pertaining to recordkeeping Proven administrative skills, including proficiency in using a range of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and databases including electronic record keeping systems Ability to use judgment and discretion with confidential information Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing high quality customer service Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage workloads and when to raise an issue with the Information Officer, Supervisor Problem solving skills with the ability to apply a range of problem-solving strategies both independently and as a team member Perform physical tasks such as manipulating, pulling and pushing carts, bending and stretching during loading, sorting, delivering and filing records and lifting and carrying box loads in the range of 2-20kgs.
