Requirements Administration Coordinator HENDRA | PERMANENT FULL-TIME Are you an organised administrator who likes being close to the action and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a capable Administration Coordinator to support our Asset Services team at CV Services. This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping jobs on track, supporting our trade teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving and being someone people rely on, this could be a great fit. What you’ll be doing This role supports the day-to-day operations of our Asset Services division and includes: Coordinating jobs, work orders and scheduling support Managing shared inboxes and client portals Preparing job documentation, reports and contracts Liaising with internal teams, clients and subcontractors Invoicing support and job closure administration Ordering materials, assisting with stock control and stocktakes Handling incoming calls and general enquiries Keeping job management systems up to date and running smoothly No two days look the same — it’s a role where being organised and proactive really matters. About you You’re a confident and organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
