About This Role Your new Role: Provide High-level Project Management Support To Principal Project Managers To Assist In The Planning, Coordination And Delivery Of Capital Infrastructure Projects Across Metro South Health Facilities. You Will Support the planning and delivery of capital infrastructure projects, including major plant replacement works. Coordinate project activities to ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeframes and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, briefs and project plans. Monitor project progress, track milestones and report on performance and emerging risks. Liaise with clinical, operational and facility stakeholders, consultants and contractors. Contribute to continuous improvement and effective project management practices across the team. About You A collaborative and organised project professional who can coordinate complex infrastructure projects while building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will have: Experience supporting infrastructure or capital projects in complex environments. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to identify risks and support mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational and contractor groups. About The Assets And Infrastructure Division The Assets and Infrastructure Business Unit (A&I) supports Metro South Health in expanding clinical services through strategic infrastructure planning, facility renewal and redevelopment. The team develops business cases aligned with the Strategic Asset Management Plan and delivers priority capital works and infrastructure projects within approved guidelines.
