You’ll lead a capable civil team delivering a portfolio of urban development precincts and large-scale subdivision projects across SEQ. The consultancy is mid-tier but punches above its weight, winning complex projects, maintaining a culture of collaboration, and offering structured progression to Senior Management within 18-24 months. Projects You’ll Lead Urban renewal precincts : civil infrastructure for mixed-use, commercial, and residential hubs Large subdivisions : 200-1,000 lot greenfield and brownfield developments Civil works : roads, stormwater, drainage, WSUD, utilities, pavements Direct client interaction, project delivery, and mentoring of juniors Why This Consultancy?
