Following a successful implementation, they are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their BAU operations. This is a "people-first" environment where your work directly supports frontline staff delivering essential services. Core Responsibilities: BAU Admin: Manage user accounts, system checks, and regular upgrades to keep the platform healthy. Reporting: Create dashboards that help management track impact and meet government funding requirements. Declarative Tweaks: Manage basic Flows and "out of the box" configurations to improve user experience. Support: Act as the "middle person" for 5 regional offices, helping staff get the most out of the system via MS Teams. Required Experience: 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration (ADM201 required). Experience in NFP, Health, or Community Services is a big plus.
