This is a leadership-heavy role where you'll mentor teams, manage vendors, and ensure every release meets the highest quality gates. What You’ll Do Lead & Govern: Own the overall test strategy, approach, and planning aligned with ISTQB frameworks. Quality Engineering: Define automation strategies and CI/CD quality gates to modernise delivery. Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating AI-assisted testing and cloud testing practices. Collaborate: Act as the primary escalation point, working closely with stakeholders to validate solution readiness. What We’re Looking For Education: A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. Certification: ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) is mandatory. Experience: Proven track record leading testing in complex ICT environments. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, and DevOps pipelines.
