Leading company in its field Based in Adelaide CBD 3-6 month initial assignment (long term multi-year program) Good $ Green Light Australia are looking to engage a Program Director who has delivered large complex transformation programs and has a strong Voice/Unified Communication background, to join their team. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of large scale complex transformation programs Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the organization, including C-suite. Establish and manage governance structures, reporting frameworks, and program controls. Identify interdependencies, manage risks and issues Requirements Extensive experience in similar role as a Program Director or Program Manager for large corporate companies Proven experience working within the health industry. Proven background experience delivering programs within the Voice/Unified Communication space (like Cisco Webex) Strong ability to lead the customer and influence the executive level Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, MSP). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
