The role Act as a key delivery-focused technology specialist, playing a critical role in driving client outcomes across migrations, support, forms and workflow solutions and custom development. This is a pivotal position within our growing Digital division, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects and shape modern workplace environments for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing Contribute to all aspects of project delivery, including consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, training, implementation, UAT, migration, go-live support and ongoing support services. Collaborate with other senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical project activities, including cloud and platform migrations. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on maximising the value of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Copilot. Ensure all project activities align with established implementation methodologies, while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Promote Brennan products and services creating new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience delivering SharePoint migrations, including file server to SharePoint, SharePoint to SharePoint, and tenant-to-tenant migrations using tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint Fly, or Quest. Strong experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive, including SPFx development. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. Solid experience designing and delivering solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps, as well as Nintex Forms and Workflows. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Teams, governance (Purview) and security best practices. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, with the ability to demonstrate its capabilities and articulate business value to clients. A background working within a systems integrator or technology consultancy environment, delivering solutions for diverse client environments.
