Payroll Coordinator $88,000 per annum | Full-time Location: Largs Bay Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of weekly and fortnightly payroll across a multi-entity transport and services group. This hands-on role oversees payroll processing for our client,ensuring accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement across multiple awards and employment types. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process end‑to‑end weekly and fortnightly payroll Ensure compliance with Modern Awards, contracts and payroll legislation Manage onboarding and offboarding payroll activities, including terminations and leave reconciliations Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data Prepare statutory reporting including PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Child Support and Return to Work Complete payroll reconciliations and periodic reporting Resolve payroll queries professionally and in a timely manner Liaise with external bodies such as ATO, Fair Work and Revenue SA Support audits and EOFY processing Identify and implement payroll process and system improvements Support and guide payroll team members as required About You Relevant qualification in finance, accounting or payroll or 5 years’ senior payroll experience Proven experience managing high‑volume, multi‑award payrolls Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation Experience using MYOB and strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail, communication and stakeholder skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism What’s on Offer $88,000 per annum Stable, senior payroll role with leadership exposure Opportunity to shape payroll processes and best practice Supportive, collaborative team environment If you think that this role is for you, please hit the "Apply Now" button, please note you must have full time working rights to be considered.
