Resource Data Analyst ASAP start | 6‑month contract | Adelaide CBD | Hybrid working arrangements We’re seeking an experienced Resource Data Analyst to support IT workforce planning, resource allocation and portfolio reporting within a large, complex environment. This role will deliver integrated workforce and investment insights by working across HR, Finance and delivery data. You will support capacity planning, demand forecasting, scenario modelling and executive reporting, enabling informed decision‑making without duplicating enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include: Workforce capacity, utilisation and capability analysis across IT Integrated workforce and portfolio reporting and insights Scenario modelling, forecasting and risk identification Supporting the transition from spreadsheet‑based reporting to fit‑for‑purpose tooling Working collaboratively with HR, Finance and Portfolio/Delivery teams About you: Strong analytical background across workforce, finance and portfolio data Experience building integrated data views across multiple systems Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Comfortable operating autonomously in a low‑maturity environment Must have full working rights in Australia If this sounds like the opportunity you’re looking for, please submit your CV.
