Role Overview Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this part-time role provides strategic and operational leadership across finance, operations and HR to support organisational performance and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include :- Leading financial planning, budgeting and reporting; Overseeing governance, compliance and risk management; Strengthening systems, processes and internal controls; Supporting HR, workforce planning and culture initiatives; Providing strategic advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Board. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial leadership capability, with CA/CPA qualifications and experience within complex or growing organisations. Expertise in governance, risk and compliance, alongside the ability to improve systems and drive operational efficiency. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. Experience supporting executive leadership, managing external providers and contributing to organisational growth will be highly regarded.
