The Role Reporting to the Chief of Franchise Development, the Franchise Acquisition Manager (ANZ) plays a pivotal role in driving the next phase of network expansion by identifying, securing, and converting acquisition opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Key responsibilities include:- Build and maintain a robust acquisition pipeline of independent retail business owners Identify and engage potential sellers and facilitate commercial discussions Partner with Franchise Partners and internal stakeholders to align opportunities Manage end-to-end acquisition lifecycle through to completion Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting Execute outreach strategies including cold calling and industry engagement Structure commercially sound and mutually beneficial deals Support franchise recruitment and ensure compliance with frameworks The Candidate This role suits a commercially minded, results-driven professional who thrives in a high-activity environment.
