This permanent position is well suited to a detail-focused and commercially aware professional who enjoys contributing to winning work and supporting strong project outcomes. About the Role Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions across a range of commercial construction projects, typically up to $10 million in value. This role will see you interpreting architectural drawings, assessing project requirements, and working collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to ensure submissions are both technically sound and commercially competitive. Key Duties You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end estimating process across multiple tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and competitiveness. The role will involve analysing project specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and contributing to successful bid strategies. You will play a key part in maintaining strong internal coordination and supporting the business in securing new projects. In addition, you will: Interpret architectural drawings and technical documentation Assess project requirements including acoustic, thermal and structural elements Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to obtain pricing and technical input Prepare and submit detailed tender documentation Maintain accurate records of estimates and tender submissions About You You are proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tenders within a fast-paced construction environment.
