Your Job As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects across their lifecycle, from early contractor involvement through to delivery and close out. You will initially work closely with the senior leadership team, transitioning into full project responsibility over a structured onboarding period. This is a hands-on role within a flat structure, where you will be expected to lead from the front while staying close to the detail across commercial, programme and delivery. Your Responsibilities Lead projects across safety, programme, cost and quality outcomes Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and project delivery Oversee financial performance including variations, claims and forecasting Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Mentor and develop junior Contracts Administrators Contribute to tendering and early contractor involvement phases Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and commercial targets Your Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager within a commercial building environment Ideally evidence of project delivery up to $25m in value Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project financials Experience across retail, industrial, commercial or similar project types Ability and willingness to operate in a hands-on capacity rather than purely directive Strong leadership capability with a genuine interest in developing junior staff Comfortable working within a collaborative, non-hierarchical structure Your Career This is an opportunity to join a builder at the right stage of its growth curve.
