In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of talented planners, manage a diverse and rewarding portfolio and provide strategic advice to our clients as part ensuring the continued commercial success of our planning function. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of planners to deliver high‑quality outcomes Work closely with Directors and executives to align planning operations with business goals Ensure adherence to the development application process across team operations Provide expert advice and input to ensure operational and strategic success Create strong relationships with stakeholders and build your profile as an industry expert Ensure your team achieves project targets and manage costs and rates against client deadlines What you’ll need: Ideally 10 years’ experience working in a Town Planning environment; previous experience leading and mentoring highly regarded Tertiary education in Town Planning or similar, or substantial industry experience Ability to form strong relationships with and understand the needs of our clients Effective analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills About Us MNG is a highly regarded, respected and leading national company.
