Your Role There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you will be working on, day-to-day; Develop and maintain the strategy for each Flybuys program partner aligned to the Flybuys corporate plan and partner commercial objectives. Define strategic priorities, trade-offs and sequencing across short, medium and long term horizons. Refresh partner strategies based on performance outcomes, market dynamics and partner priorities Lead the Partner pillar of the Flybuys corporate plan, ensuring coherence across partners and consistency with enterprise priorities. Develop the communications material using strong data support to frame the narrative to influence partner outcomes. Identify cross‑partner opportunities that scale coalition value (e.g. shared mechanics, platforms, or propositions). Surface strategic risks and dependencies relating to partners to ELT. Define and evolve commercial constructs (e.g. funding models, incentives, qualification mechanics) in partnership with Finance and Partner Success. Define partner‑level success measures aligned to strategy (member engagement, qualification efficiency, redemption behaviour, partner ROI). Partner with Data & Insights to interpret performance, diagnose issues, and refine strategic direction. Lead strategic discussions with partners in a collaborative, future‑focused manner. Influence internal teams to align behind partner strategies and agreed priorities. Prepare high‑impact materials for ELT, CEO, and Board discussions relating to partner strategy. Bring forward new strategic ideas, propositions, or business models that unlock incremental value. Your Experience Tertiary Qualifications – ideally Business, Commerce, Law or equivalent business experience (MBA advantageous, but not essential). 3 years’ experience at a top tier management consulting firm. 1-2 years’ experience in external relationship management, with a track record of being able to influence outcomes. A proven track record in leading strategic engagements, projects and managing and influencing multi-disciplinary project teams. The ability to synthesize complex results and scenarios and communicate in a simple, but effective manner. Demonstrated people management and leadership experience. Budget management, with understanding of P&L and business reporting. Experience working with Partners to co-design business solutions to drive customer engagement Strong experience managing suppliers at all levels. Experience of insight tools and services, using data to drive business outcomes.
