The Department of Government Services invites expressions of interest for appointment to a Panel List from which members will be selected to hear and determine applications against councillors for misconduct. About the role For further information about the role please refer to the attached Position Description. Who we're looking for To be eligible for appointment to the Panel List, applicants must be Australian lawyers, with at least five years’ experience or have other experience considered relevant to the position. This includes: skills and experience relating to tribunals and dispute resolution, governance, ethics and probity knowledge of local government.
