Site Manager – High-End Residential Apartments - Northern Beaches The Company Our client is a boutique construction company delivering high-end residential projects throughout the Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches. They have built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and delivering architecturally driven projects to an exceptional standard. They collaborate with leading architects and designers to construct bespoke apartments and complex builds that are designed to last. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the growing team. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to work on a premium, design-focused project within a structured and supportive environment. You will be backed by experienced project managers and office staff, allowing you to focus on delivering quality outcomes on site. The Project The project is an $18m demolition and New Build forming 4 Luxury Apartments with water views. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Coordinate with consultants including architects, engineers, and local authorities Programme and sequence trades to maintain efficient workflow Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment procurement Proactively resolve site issues and maintain project momentum Maintain accurate and detailed daily site records Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a safe working environment Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, Australian Standards, and regulations About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects preferably with Class 2 experience Strong attention to detail, particularly with finishes and architectural elements Highly organised with strong time management skills Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements White Card Trade background (Cert III in Carpentry preferred) or Cert IV / Diploma in Construction Management Valid Australian working rights What's on Offer $200K – $220K Super (negotiable for the right candidate) Strong pipeline of secured work Well-structured support from project managers and office team High-quality, architecturally designed projects Long-term opportunity with a growing company If you feel like this role is for you please feel free to get in touch with Liam Carroll on: 0406407823 or lcarroll@bluestonerecruitment.com
