With continued growth underway, they are seeking a motivated, hands-on Site Supervisor to join their team. With a diverse range of projects on offer, no two days in this role will be the same. Your new role Operate a range of civil plant and machinery, including excavators, graders, loaders, rollers, posi-track equipment and trucks Lead and supervise civil works during periods in which the Project Manager is unavailable Coordinate and manage daily site operations to ensure work programs are achieved Carry out pre-start inspections and promptly report maintenance or repair requirements Maintain plant and vehicles to a high standard, including scheduled weekly cleaning Monitor workmanship and implement quality control processes to meet project specifications Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and environmental management plans Complete accurate daily reports and maintain project documentation Proactively identify site issues and implement practical, effective solutions What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated, hands-on experience across civil construction projects Civil operating tickets for machines such as excavators, graders, loaders, rollers, posi-track machines and trucks Current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence (essential) Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and materials Highly developed leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Excellent problem-solving capability with strong attention to detail Dependable, well-organised, and able to perform effectively under pressure Confident using basic digital systems for reporting and documentation Construction card What you'll get in return In return, youll be offered competitive wages aligned with your experience, along with a long-term career opportunity within a growing, locally owned company.
