Services Coordinator (Contract) – Large Hospitality Fit-Out Project Location: Western Sydney, NSW Contract Duration: ASAP start – December 2026 About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Graduate Engineer to join a high-profile hospitality fit-out project in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a large-scale project, working alongside experienced construction and services teams. As a Services Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of building services, ensuring smooth integration across all trades on site. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services trades Review and track shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders Monitor services installation progress and support site teams Help identify and resolve coordination issues on-site Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines About You Degree-qualified (or near completion) in Engineering 0–6 years’ experience in construction or building services (fit-out experience advantageous) Strong communication and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced project environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team What’s on Offer Immediate start on a landmark hospitality project Exposure to a large, complex fit-out environment Supportive team with strong mentorship opportunities Competitive contract rate Potential for future opportunities based on performance If you’re a driven young engineer looking to build your career in construction and gain valuable project experience, we’d love to hear from you.
