Position Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and post journals, accruals, and provisions Perform balance sheet reconciliations Handle AASB16 lease accounting adjustments Prepare management reports, board packs, and corporate reporting Support statutory reporting and audit processes Manage tax compliance (GST, FBT, income tax) Produce cash flow forecasts and budgeting/forecasting support Assist with annual budget and financial planning Complete audit documentation and liaise with auditors Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks and process improvements Profile CPA/CA qualified Strong technical accounting knowledge with month-end experience Experience with AASB16 lease accounting ideally Solid understanding of corporate tax (GST, FBT, income tax) Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Retail industry experience preferred but not essential Benefits Career growth opportunities Working for a large well-known market leader Hybrid working with work from home options Close to public transport with onsite parking available.
