Description As a Marketing Campaign Specialist at Melbourne Royal, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that align with our strategic goals. Your creativity and analytical skills will be essential in driving engagement and delivering measurable results. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective marketing strategies tailored to various target audiences. Managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms. Conducting market research to identify trends and insights that inform campaign development and positioning. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and guide future improvements. Creating compelling content for promotional materials, including advertisements, newsletters, and social media posts. Coordinating with external vendors such as graphic designers and media partners to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms. Assisting in the planning of events or promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skills And Experiences Required skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing software. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimise strategies accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with stakeholders. Creativity in developing innovative marketing concepts and campaigns to drive brand awareness. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Required experiences A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or related fields, preferably within a campaign-focused role. Demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from conception to execution. Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion through various marketing initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development. Familiarity with market research techniques and customer segmentation strategies.
