About the Role The Campaigns Officer at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (the Commission) supports Human Rights Solutions and the broader Commission by delivering marketing and promotions campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to assist in achieving the strategic priorities of the Commission. The Campaigns Officer is responsible for developing and scheduling content for use in the Commission's digital channels; developing the marketability and promotion of Commission services and brand; facilitating the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns; coordinating events, and supporting the strategic alignment of Commission marketing and promotions work. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Knowledge and experience in marketing, service promotion, communications, or related discipline. Knowledge and/or experience in human rights, legal, and the public service is highly desirable. Ability to translate strategic objectives into campaigns activities, tracking progress against organisational goals using innovative business approaches to achieve objectives. Proven experience designing promotion strategies, including social media, campaign design, and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to tailor complex concepts into engaging, audience-specific messages for diverse public sector and community stakeholders. Current experience in digital communication channels and systems (e.g. Campaign Monitor, Adobe suite, YouTube, Meta, Google analytics and SEO), video editing software, WordPress, MS Office, among others. Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, promotions (or a related discipline) or commensurate professional experience.
