Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This role will focus on delivering an end-to-end transformation project, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The Role • Lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution • Drive the design phase and overall project lifecycle • Manage and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams • Ensure successful delivery across Agile and/or Waterfall environments • Identify risks, resolve issues and keep delivery on track About You • Proven experience as a Project Manager within enterprise environments • Strong experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations • Experience across HCM system replacements or transformations • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Ability to lead complex projects across both business and technical teams • Certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP highly regarded If you're looking for a high-impact contract role, this could be a great opportunity.
